Welcome to the EAGLE School Band program! We offer ensembles and lessons to children in Grade 4 and up.
Our band ensembles perform on two school-wide concerts in December and May. We strongly encourage our students to participate in both lessons and an ensemble class, and the vast majority of students in the band program at EAGLE do both. Students who take lessons outside of school are welcome to play in an ensemble.

Lessons
Lessons
Lessons are the bread and butter of what we do. In their lessons, students learn everything from the fundamentals of playing their instrument, to how to successfully practice at home. Lessons are during QRT periods or the lunch/recess hour and are 20 minutes.

Ensembles
Ensembles
Ensemble playing is a fundamental part of the band curriculum. Students to learn to play together under the direction of a conductor. Additionally, our ensembles provide a social aspect to learning instrument and help develop a sense of community. Ensembles include weekly rehearsals and school concerts in December and May.
BEGINNING BAND: Fridays 11:50 - 12:20
FLIGHT BAND: Mondays 3:25 - 4:15
